Andy has over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. He started his electrical apprenticeship in Calgary, working his way through site management and project management positions. He has an Electrical Masters ticket, is Gold Seal Certified, and received an Advanced Executive Certificate in General Management from Queens University.
When not at work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, horses, and putting around his acreage.

Colin started in the commercial electrical industry in 1991, progressing through site supervisor to senior management positions. He holds his Electrical Masters ticket, is Gold Seal Certified as an Electrical Superintendent, and has a variety of safety certifications.
In his spare time, Colin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and playing darts.

Alex Lock began his electrical apprenticeship in 2007 and joined the Seacliff Electric team in 2020. He advanced through site supervision roles before transitioning into estimating and ultimately into his current position as Pre-Construction Manager. Alex brings extensive experience in tendering, budgeting, large-scale project pursuits, and design-assist delivery across commercial office spaces, research facilities, healthcare environments, data centres, and institutional projects. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cooking, and brewing beer.

Monika joined our team as the Human Resources Manager in 2019. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Human Resources, Certified Change Management Practitioner (CMP), and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Facilitator. Monika has HR experience from a variety of industries including oil and gas, fin-tech, and hospitality. She is passionate about ensuring diverse and inclusive workplaces, ensuring employee health, wellness, and safety, and having productive and dedicated teams.

Joe started his electrical career in 2000, and is a Red Seal Journeyperson. He has also received his Master Electrician certification, Professional Electrical Contractor Certification, and Gold Seal Certification in Project Management. Joe enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, biking, and hiking.
