Beginning in the late 1980’s, Seacliff developed its strong reputation through the ownership of significant construction firms such as Dominion Construction, Canem Systems, and Broda Construction.
Iconic projects constructed by these Seacliff owned firms included HRIC and TRW buildings for the University of Calgary, University of Calgary Veterinary building, Peter Lougheed East Wing Expansion, Calgary Zoo Tropical Asia building, South Palliser Tower, and Mount Royal Student Residences.

Andy Carr

President

Biography

Andy has over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. He started his electrical apprenticeship in Calgary, working his way through site management and project management positions. He has an Electrical Masters ticket, is Gold Seal Certified, and received an Advanced Executive Certificate in General Management from Queens University.
When not at work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, horses, and putting around his acreage.

Colin Barclay

General Manager

Biography

Colin started in the commercial electrical industry in 1991, progressing through site supervisor to senior management positions. He holds his Electrical Masters ticket, is Gold Seal Certified as an Electrical Superintendent, and has a variety of safety certifications.
In his spare time, Colin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, and playing darts.

Joe Niosi

Manager, Service and Special Projects

Biography

Joe started his electrical career in 2000, and is a Red Seal Journeyperson. He has also received his Master Electrician certification, Professional Electrical Contractor Certification, and Gold Seal Certification in Project Management. Joe enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, biking, and hiking.
